[Help] Adding starter items to the DB.

So, i was following this guide for starter items edits/changing. http://forum.ragezone.com/f651/add-startitems-offi-register-captcha-625680/and for whatever reason i could not find a "IF @im_dwSex = '1'" inside CHARACTER_STR

Heres my character_str,

Maybe someone could point out if i missed it. Try to be a bit detailed in your response because the only reason im posting is so i can learn from my mistakes.

P.S. For those of you that want to state the obvious I'am a noob, now lets get back to the helping part, and the learning part.

edit to BASE_VALUE_TBL in character_01_dbf BASE_VALUE_TBL table
