look for basicuplnx normaly 9999 set to 10000 addupln
wouldn't hurt to search forums tho :)
Change UpSucRatio to 1000 on every enhancement stone in ItemInfo. (Elrues, lix's, xir's). And also change the ItemUpgrade.shn, it's pretty obvious what needs to be set to 0 in there.
You don't need to touch the UpSucRatio on the stones if you adjust the values in ItemUpgrade correctly.
