Where can I get Phoenix?

I've decided to rejoin Habbo development after stoping for 4 years. A lot has changed in 4 years and I'm trying to relearn everything.

Ive seen a lot on the emulator Phoenix and I was wondering where do I get an authentic version of the emulator?

Orr you could just dive right in and get a open source server (hint hint) something like bcstorm or bfly. Abut unstable put you can play around with it.
