please help me with seasons 6 disconnection

Hi can anyone help me with a couple of problems as follows.

i set it all up the sql passwords and ips i click on the start and the server runs i try to connect but when i put name and password it just disconnects after 3 times i put name in i dont no if its cause my mumaker isant installed when i make account but it shows up when im adding items im using launcher builder and it says online no route to host

Also is there a way i can add new account in sql 2000 instead of using mumaker im running windows 7 ultimate 64bit please any ideas thanks

try to open ports mate, disable firewall and allow connection to port 44405,55901,55919 if your hosting a the server on a VPS but if you are hosting in your own PC you need to open the routers control panel and portforward those ports,
