I'd take a quick assumption and assume it's only possible if you change the ItemClass; it wouldn't work with the skin ItemClass (26-27 or 28) as this only inserts 1-2 rows within the database upon creation (unlike normal items which add around 10-20 rows).
You "could" do it the same way older servers used to; except glows wont shine through.

so imposible to make it have enhancement and durability :/
the only way to make a "pseudo" wep skin(cover) is : to turn it to "normal item" so 5 for wep and 7 for shield.
i'm just desappointed .... i was persuaded you would give me better news than what i thought :/
i guess i should forgo this idea... may look weird but i don't want my skin to be how they use to be on Old servs.

is he using Odin Files cos when i use a skin it has a glow, it just uses the weapons glow skin +0 wep +9
or maybe on the old files?

No you misunderstood ^^ i'm not asking why my skins don show 't The +9 glow
The problem i faced is that you can't create a skin Using durability system and enhancement (can't be +9ed) at the same time.
the only way to allow it(the cover) to be +9ed ... is to turn it into a "normal" weapon which still uses the icon's emplacement of Covers.
it use to be like this on Old files because the .exe didn't support the durability system.
Moreover,
as Myth said: it will also cause a 2nd issue... the cover won't use the glow of your weapon but its own glow.
So if you're using a weapon +12 while your cover is +5:
It will show the +5 glow regardless what is the glow's degrey of your weapon or even.... if your wearing one LoL
