How to make your own offline server

I just want to make my own offline server...can you help me how to make a offline server... Is there any tutorial or video so i can use to guide me to make a server...tnx

Easiest way to do it,
put 127.0.0.1 everywhere.
MSSQL username and password

launcher at 127.0.0.1

don't need website
