Email domains for my business

Hi folks i was after a little bit of advice regarding emails.

I basically want myname@mycompany.com and how i go about setting it up.

Money isnt a problem i dont need a website as i already have one.

Any advice would be great.

First of all, do you have any web hosting at all? Or do you just want a domain for email sending only.

Google used to do this, I have one on Google but;
https://domains.live.com/manage/default.aspx
Sign into your Live account (or make one), add your domain; select "Add outlook to this domain" (or something similar) and it'll ask you to verify it via TXT DNS Record(s) and it'll tell you what records to add to your domain so that Outlook can pickup your mail.
Once done you can add email address(es) to your domain.
-Note you don't need webhosting for this and it is free.

This is also available in Webhosting panel cPanel and DirectAdmin which host your site, also your email but do cost money to purchase.

Thats it.

You should be able to do it through your hosting company easy enough.

since your name servers are pointed there you could easily setup a mail account via the control panel. If you do not want that then you can use the above suggestion, google hosted email. Whilst this entails a little bit more knowledge its better.

If you're using CPanel It's a really simple process. Just click "Email accounts".

All sorted, turned out we already owned pjcscaffolding.co.uk i just setting up through that.
