check your IP's! (test with local to be 100 % sure)
Check your SQL settings!
Make sure you don't miss one by accident

PS:
if you're using win7, don't need to activate loopback adapter.
connectserver problem..
This is a Connect Server problem, not a SQL one. If you are running a test on Local server, make sure you are using a Microsoft Loopback Adapter to dont have problems with 127.0.0.1.
or if i were you if you are just making a test server why dont you use hamachi??
I changed all ip to 127.0.0.1 and its the same problem
how about in win7, (ip used: 10.0.0.1)i can see my server but after i click on it. Nothings happened
all ips 127.0.0.1 only connectserver and mapserverinfo are global ips
