SwiftEmu -> Pets, trading, Chatlogs, Room unload

So, heres a list of my problems.

1. Everytime i try and add a pet that has id equal to or greater than the monkey to the catalog, it comes up with some spanish text

2. You cant trade, even though the 'block_trade' = 0

3. How can i get chatlogs to save to the database (from the rooms and Instant Messages)

4. When some people unload rooms, their ads_bg dont save or their furni is gone.
