use local ip instead

192.168.X.X
or
127.0.0.1

127.0.0.1 not work

Try using PC name instead.

do the following steps

1) Go to SQL Server Configuration Manager
2) SQL Server 2005 Services
3) Right click on SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) and properties
4) Click on second tab which should be named "Services" - then copy your hostname which should look like USER-XXXXXXX.
5) Go back to configs file for website, and replace it instead of your IP.
