Setting FTP with guild icon

I've installed ftp to the guild icon appears to work, but this bug, sorry for my english is not good.

Fix your image please. But I will try to guess... if you followed a tutorial and you did everything correct, probably you did not added firewall exception for FileZilla (or whatever you are using.) ?
