Create a Vsro server with Windows 8 and admin rights

Hey all

I want to create a Server but i dont can work as Admin. I activate my Adminuser but i still get the error that i need admin rights to continue my work.For example when i make the FTP server with FileZilla he dont show me the CREST folder cuz i need admin rights.

I cant work wth Myssql and the other progz when i dont get the admin rights hope u can help me.
