Seem like missing SCO and Sound files.
Before you run RSBuild Delete "Data Folder" from your bin
and Extract Data Folder from education.zip(make sure that your education.zip)
Then try to run RSBuild again.

Yes, something happened when you built this.
Your obviously not running the Release I posted in the Release section.
Because your RSBuild.xml would include the dictionary, as would the source code already be pre-configured for its utilization.
That or you mixed it with something else...
The only other thing that may cause this, is an RSBuild.exe starting then cancelled before it finished.
This will eat files and you'll have to do as "allmymind" stated:
