you use blessed files? with guide or tut you followed??
im not followed any tut i will download the files and setup .
NPC missing check your CHARACTER.inc file if there is no output(FALSE) with the character.
Or check the wdmadrigal file with beast to see if the npc is there.
About the map cant realy say. But it seems your missing files in the theme folder.
