When may you give a CMS another name?

Hello everyone,

I downloaded a CMS based on RevCMS and I'm trying to edit it.
But first I wanna know, when may you give a CMS a another name?

I only deleted and added somethings on the Me.PHP.
But I'm trying to add and make a radio page for the CMS + Database and configuration.

Maybe someone can help me out?

I believe you can only change the name when you have create it from scratch. When you come to name a cms you have edited you only put 'RevCMS (yourusername edit)'

No time at all unless its from scratch or at least 98% of your own.. to be honest.

You can't say you've made a new CMS when all you've done is create a Rev skin or recoded a few pages.
