Uncoding Channeling...

So basically I've got a 1.4.4 running off of the release SEModer did... and the channeling is hard coded to 30% and I've been searching around quite a bit but I can't find out how to do it exactly, I've looked into it a little but I'm afraid of really touching anything extensive... Don't feel like continually breaking it... Finally got gshop to work with a friends help (She figured it out and taught me) xD <3 my friend she is awesome and I wouldn't be into PW Server development without her... but sadly this channeling thing is annoying me -_- What controls the Channeling coding exatly? I do NOT want a dumb persons guide... I just want to know where the File that controls the channeling is located.. I know but just like in 343's release where he hard coded things people made releases to change them, I was just wondering on how to "Uncode them" .-.

Hell No. I Personally wouldn't want anything to do with instacast on a 1.4.5 or a 1.4.4.... the new classes are op enough, just what I want them to have instacast >.>, I just want the casting at a normal rate since 30% is such a low rate you can't really see the difference.... but thanks for the answers everybody they're helpful :p *Sorry if I'm spamming the forums, it's just some things I don't fully understand yet >.<, I feel sort of stupid having to ask for help all of the time .-.*
