well my MRI results came in...

i thought i was going to be cleared... i was so wrong.

i have some condition thats like 40 letters long, where its caused by a massive direct impact to a bone.

i got a helmet straight to my knee and well... i got this "rare" condition.

its basically a bruise inside your bone that is so swollen that it cuts off the rest of the blood supply to the other part of the bone.

the doctor said that if i walk on it anymore the end the bone attached to my knee could fall off...

so im out for 6 weeks that is if my next MRI is good...

i got this injury at the end of hellweek...

so basically i worked my ass off for nothing...

uh whats hellweek? and that sux i hate leg injuries

hellweek is training A LOT, more than usual so you get fit really fast. a lot of people get injuries from hellweek due to exhausten or strain on the body. My bro in law cant play US Football reall for a while since he get a concusion during hellweek.

oh i see, well never heard of it does it ony happen in the US?

i know how bad it is to get an injury when u take training as seriously as urself, stay active though keep working ur upper body

just take this as a chance to concentrate on other things

Well , i'm kinda lucky. I trained a lot before and never had injuries.
Its really wierd , because my trainer described me as inhuman o.0
I have good memoryes tough :D

well im supposed to be better in 6 weeks if that piece of bone doesnt fall off.

im going into wrestling season unconditioned 0_o.

its like 2 hell week practices put into 1... everyday for 10 weeks

im getting new crutches today cause the ones im using are bare metal/plastic :(

and they hurt, im just studying/photoshopping/writing music/tv :D

I had a friend in israel who had a similar condition. After like 2 months the doctors told him his life would go back to normal except for 1 thing: He would never be able to run again for the rest of his life. Kinda sucks because he wanted to be a soccer player..

The biggest "training" injury I ever got was when I was cycling a huge steep hill, and I wanted to challenge myself so I kept going and going and eventually passed it :P. I went into my apartments building (at the top of the hill) and rushed into the elevator to the 11th floor. So basically, when I got to the top I felt like I was about to faint... I did in the end :P



Anyways, I hope you get better and that your life will go back to normal :)
