EDITING tantra.exe , htlauncher.exe , STTantra.exe

How can I edit the tantra.exe or update.exe

so that when I run tantra.exe it will go inside my offline server.

I have tried and followed the tutorial and instructions here on how to install the tantra offline or in my computer. I downloaded all server files and client.

But when I click the client's Tantra.exe it will only login to the Server which it came from.
For example I have the 3000fr client. When I click the Tantra.exe it will take me to the 3000fr server and not my Offline serrver.

you have complete tantra.exe/update.exe version 1.0.0.1 with file htdocs???
