I got a special DMCA because they want me to sign something xD!
Also they want my hotel down

That is fake and you can easily see it by "hobbo.st" one place and your hotel name another.

I have also seen that type of 'contract' before, so probably just some kids having fun.

Not sure but I think they faked with the e-mail server:

PING zimbra.sulake.com (193.64.35.229) - In your header it says 127.0.0.1 too I doubt sulake would only use webmail and since it's send by Apple mail it should not return 127.0.0.1 if I'm correct. Also the e-mail looks kinda fake, that for real.. e-mail back and ask them if they sended you an e-mail?

You don't have to care about this. I've gotten over 50 of these 2013. They will probably try contacting your host, and by doing that your host can check the headers and confirm it's fake. If it is real, you just have to move to another host (preferrably off-shore) :)

Correct me if i'm wrong but..

My Dedi host send the abuse to me, i reply to the abuse and told "Sulake" for information/contact mail to (myemail) and like 5 minutes later i receive this? I guess this is not fake because its just impossible.

I've forgot who said it but it was recently, that you are well within your rights to reply requesting that the take-down document is digitally signed before you remove your things from the website.

I would personally do the above based on the 2 mistakes with the copyright date and the fact that it mentions a hotel not related to the takedown notice.

Good stuff :D: I think it's a better option for all small team projects and I'd probably choose it over github for commercial developments too. Up to 5 users can contribute to a free private repo, then $1 per user (starting at $6, so 6 users, 1 paid, is $6, 1 more is $7 etc) up to $200 for unlimited users. I am pretty sure open source projects can have as many contributors as you like - much better than GitHub.

Bitbucket is good enough for Zillow, Nordstrom, Best Buy, Verizon, Orbitz and NASA anyway!

I called Olga a couple of minutes ago.
She talked Spanish so I didn't get what she said but I asked if she could talk in English, and she did. She didn't understand me, I had to repeat every question at least 5 times.

I asked wether or not the DMCA complaints seen in this thread (named the hotels mentioned and the sierra github stuff).

She apparently had no idea what I were talking about and she told me that all these matters is handled by the "Habbo Helpdesk" and that I should contact them instead.

I couldn't sadly confirm if it was real or not but the phone number is legit and she is working @ Sulake.

I mentioned DMCA a lot of times and I think she would know what it is, sending 50 dmca's per day.

You have to understand something, most of the emu developers work alone. And it doesn't take three minutes to make a emu and update it. Which means its not always possible to make a weekly version. Also gl with your emu which you will make weekly updates.
