I got a special DMCA because they want me to sign something xD!
Also they want my hotel down

Sulake Content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other applicable laws as well as international treaties relating to the same.

A reference is made to the following service (the “Service”):

We have recently become aware that the Service contains, uses and displays Sulake Content and correspondingly infringes on Sulake’s title and rights to the same. This notice letter is sent to you as according to who.is you are the owner of the Service.

Sulake hereby demands that you immediately take down the Service and you forever cease and desist any and all use of the Sulake Content.

We reserve all rights to further demands and claims in this matter.

We kindly ask you to read, print and sign the enclosed undertaking. In case you are a minor, please ask your legal guardian to review the undertaking together with this letter and sign it on your behalf. That is fake and you can easily see it by "hobbo.st" one place and your hotel name another.

I have also seen that type of 'contract' before, so probably just some kids having fun.

Not sure but I think they faked with the e-mail server:

PING zimbra.sulake.com (193.64.35.229) - In your header it says 127.0.0.1 too I doubt sulake would only use webmail and since it's send by Apple mail it should not return 127.0.0.1 if I'm correct. Also the e-mail looks kinda fake, that for real.. e-mail back and ask them if they sended you an e-mail?
