_RefDropItemGroup (Select Ratio can be changed for here, which of them to be most common one and which most rare one.)
_RefMonster_AssignedItemRndDrop (Find item group and change drop :) )

Because I know the answer of your first question, but it seems that you are too lazy to do it on ur own and you just want a query to change a X (where X = rate) and just execute it.. Lame!
