a litle help setting up server inside VBox.

Hi,

I've been trying to set a 1.4.5 PW server inside VM to learn developing and test stuff on it, but i can't get it to work,

after i downloaded i started following the tutorial again,
i moved the file to root and extracted it, set the permissions, there's no .setup folder, but there's a folder called setup files which i think is same, everything went smooth till the firewall that i didn't find it at all, then installing support files i couldn't do it because it says i don't have permission to do it (tried everything i could think of, but it doesn't want to work) also register won't work for me, in that pack in setup files there's etc folder which isn't mentioned in the tutorial so i guessed i have to copy the files into the server etc folder, but it doesn't allow me to do it.

there's a VBox img that's done and everything, but i have no idea what language it uses, i thought of using it then changing the PW files with the ones from Bola's thread, but somewhy it didn't let me change any file.

i downloaded the server files but i couldn't tell exactly what to do, i thought of moving all files to / directory but i found that what it seem to be server files are in usr/rain and i don't think it'll work if i copy it because of different user, and it seems that it's chinese version (or the patch files are just named like that?).

so, anyone can give a hand on how to properly set a working server?
it'd be awesome if you could provide server files (with english download pages at least, unlike the page 343 referred to)

its easy to use his guide as an example for any server files on here as they are all the setup the same way... pm me and i will help u with all that i can
