Help with War Z VPS(Virtual Private Server.)

Hello everyone. Yesterday i found out about these files and founded iKasu video tutorial how to setup War Z server on PC. But what i need to do is to make it work on VPS and what OS on VPS i have to use? VPS(Virtual Private Server) and what things i have to install there and how. I'm not pro at these things :D . So if there is any tutorial that i didin't managed to find, please post it here. if you can write how to do everything detailed, i will be very very much appreciated for you help. Thanks :)

For the OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Entreprise Edition.

There is no chance to launch the server on any Linux OS?

Linux is not supported, use Windows Server 2003 or 2008
