Reverse Berserker Game Mode

Okay so i took the Reverse Berserker game mode from UGG source and implemented it into my source and im ingame with it but i dont know whats different.

Can someone tell me what the difference is between Berserker and Reverse Berserker?

Reverse you gain health.
