Problem with SMC, Please help.

Hey Ragezone people, (Check the pictures before reading!)

I was just playing on my server, nothing special. Then, I needed to restart server but for no reason SMC won't start correctly anymore. Everything was working fine before. I already searched the whole internet and the only things I could find for the debug assertion error was:

-Restart (did that)
-Reinstall Microsoft runtime C++ things (did that)
-Reset WinSock (did that)

Then I searched for the permission denied error for the plugins:

-Set GM rank to 1, set sec_primary to 1, set sec_content to 1. (already was of course, also tried with a new account)

All these things didn't work. I have the idea I did everything and I checked everything but there is just nothing that is wrong. If you guys have any suggestions, please tell me. Every answer and possible solution is highly appreciated!

looks like you are missing 2 txt files, check them first

Fixed it already, it appeared to be indeed the 2 text files. I replaced them with origional ones (which were exactly the same and it worked). weird but glad it helped.
