I know, need to hex edit 3407.dat and 6006.dat, but I don't know edit where in bytes?

Not exist in 3407.dat!
for my part if I have to do a thing like this I will start to convert monsters id and summon time in hex (little and big endian) after that I will open my dat file with an hex editor and search for my converted value if id and time match and be next to the other there will be a great chance to find the row you want edit.
an other way is to create a file parser and pass some time to find .dat format an make a software to edit these one.
with this one you will create a tool to edit this kind of thing.

To Kasistar: open 3407.dat in hex editor, search hex-values:

That's because you're an idiot and didn't sync the files.
The files must be identical both on the server and the client (Checksums and such).
