You can make a whole new map only using nifs. And that doesn't only include a flat world, it can be however you want it to be. Of course that's only if you have an understanding of how maps work and whatnot.

In order to load a map, you must place collision data on the spawn point. An example is the map "TimeGap", its only a small floating island in the middle of the sky. You can walk on the sky but if you disconect on the sky you will recieve a loading error, because the game cannot find collision data.
PD: Still cant figure how to convert textures into pixel data, got a rubbish texture this time.

Is the smallest map in the game, just a island with a flat CD (like my flatzone). Seems to be a unused part of lvl 60 promotion (there are also a lvl 20 promotion unused map, is just a small room)

Blender with nif scripts and nifscope. Most of the data blender exports is crap, you need to known witch blocks fiesta map uses, you can read the 1º post to understand the arquitecture (scene root, nodes, strips, stripdata)

added cliffs water and sky. Camera and fog hacks are enabled. Project ended up here because i have no fucking idea how to do light and a good .shbd

I don't think there is any lighting systems in Fiesta, all the lights use a picture glow. As for .shbd file it's pretty difficult but try zooming out really far and then taking a picture?

Yeah I tried the photo thing, but for odd reasons a shbd has 8 separated images, and if you put the same on the 8 images, the character can walk throw walls (is a bit dificult but not imposible). Probably needs yellow areas instead of blue, i have no idea...

If you SHBD Editor then using any other color than blue, means its walkable, no matter the darkness of it.
It has a warning: "Keep the dimensions and use only blue color"
