Having some trouble with my first server!
Hi guys.
I've set up a TBC Mangos server but are having some problems.
Its up and running BUT
I cant enable Vmaps.
the server i gotten didn't even have the Vmaps extractor and such so after finding thoes i gotten the Vmaps lib and enable it BUT i still get an error even though im SURE the file is there.
PLUS
The DEV2 lib dosnt seem to work either.

VMap problem: Use backslashes in DataDir variable. Forward slashes are not automatically encoded into backslashes by the core.
SD2 problem: You need to get the config file for SD2 and put it in your core's root directory (Same directory with the other configs). If you compiled your core yourself, it's in SD2's root directory and it's called "scriptdev2.conf.dist.in"
Without the config file, the core has no idea where SD2's database is and therefore cannot load SD2. If you can't find it, you can get it here https://github.com/scriptdev2/script...2.conf.dist.in
Also, make sure you get rid of the .dist.in from the config file's name. I have no idea why they name it that but the core doesn't understand the .dist.in.

Strange that this mangos shiped without the conf file. ill get it and let you know.
But the main error still remains

Try creating a new folder called "Data" in your core folder and put the DBC, maps and vmaps folder in there and change the DataDir to ".\Data\" That's exactly how my server is setup, it it still won't load the maps then try pulling a new core or downloading a different repack. It's possible something got messed up during compiling.
It's odd that the core is looking for the vmaps in a folder using the wrong slash, which leads me to think there's something wrong with the core.
Nevermind, just saw in the other thread you tried that. Try pulling a new core or using a different repack. Only thing I can think of is a core issue. Unfortunately, I broke my MySQL a few weeks ago and haven't fixed it yet so I can't test anything right now.
