Odin New Patcher with AdminPanel

This is my new Patcher :rolleyes:

1. How to setup

Download and install Visual Basic 2010

Download Source Code

Go in Folder MeinzAdminEN open Meinz.sln

Open Form1, Form2, Form4, Form5, Form6
and replace:

Code:

---

WEBSITE.COM with your Website

---

Open Form7, Form8, Form9, Form10
and replace:

Code:

---

    Dim SQLHost As String = "USER-PC\SQLEXPRESS"
    Dim SQLUserName As String = "sa"
    Dim SQLPassword As String = "PASS"

Open Form2, Form5
and replace:

Code:

---

SERVER-IP with your IP

---

Now open Form 2 and scroll down and replace WEBSITE.COM with your IP

2. How to make Patches
Now put this in your xampp/htdocs or wampp/www folder

Create a version.txt and write 0 into it and put it in the Client folder

Rar the files example ressystem/Iteminfo.shn
Call this rar 001.rar
Put it in www or htdocs/patcher/data
Write 1 in patcher/Version.txt
Create version1.txt put it in patcher/versions and write 1 into it

3. How to login as Admin
Go into Mysql/OdinAccounts/Accounts
and replace1 with 9 in nAuthID

Looks like the login which was coded by Black12 that Aqua released with the patcher fixed and the Operator Tools are from the OPTool NvrGnaStp gave. Good job?

Will definetly use this, may remove or alter the admin panel so that it is more player friendly and can't make changes.... IF I can get a php script to work rather than having the sql info inside of the launcher source....

Ok i fixed everything + desigined everything and it works put im using wamp now i put the patcher.rar and extracted it where i put the patchs i want to patch ??

It's important to make as short & efficient code as possible. Also, it's very important to name your controls correctly.

Form1, Form2, Divorce.. How do I know that Form1 is the Login form and that Form2 is the Launcher/Main form? How do I know that Divorce is a button and not a ComboBox for example?

If your code is easily readable by other programmers, then your code is well written.
Keep it simple, clean and beautiful.

Other than that, well done. I hope this code is yours and not a copy/paste code.
