How to fix Helms added does not show Helmclass in inventory

i want add new items for ELF and Summoner. Two helms in inventory, a left: items added - show Helmclass, a right: default - does not show Helmclass.
Now how to fix it ? I know it can be fixed in main, but, How ?

your item.txt and bmd r corectly done ?

Edit: Itemtooltip.bmd
it's located under your client's data/local/<your language> folder.

There is a tutorial on how exactly you do that in this very forum.
