Standalone avatar image generator

Is not dependent on the generator of official server, I made a generator of complete stand-alone.
It works by using the GD library in PHP.
It is extracted from CCT of revision 35 figure image used for resource.

- version 0.8.5 Beta release.
- support for multiple actions.
- rewrite all code for processing speed.

now developing SWF dumper, It is possible to get direct from official SWF resources.
It is possible to generate avatarimage of R63 by combining this.
