This actually happened to me. Possible solutions.
1. Turn off FireWall and AntiVirus
2. Check if Wamp Running. All Services are running.
3. You might have a SQL error.
Seriously, why wamp? Wamp never even was needed to run a server.Quote:

This can be caused by issues with unlimited str files, try replacing them in the appropriate spots. That's how I usually go about fixing this.
However, as stated above, this could be a database error, but its highly unlikely that its a wamp error.
