How to reset all character ?

i can't delete table character ? so i can use query delete character ? help me , i wanna reset all character ? Thanks

It probably won't let you do that because of conflicts in other tables. When you try to delete the characters it will tell you what tables it's conflicting in, you will also need to go to them tables and delete the values there. Of course you can do this via a query but it will give you the same exact error.
