this IP is fine, and data is KSRO, use static db no Modifications

did you check the tables related to character in the DB? "account JID , Char ,etc.."

I see the image seems fine in the 2 tables...did you do any recent updates to the db?
As i understood from your GS its definitely a db problem....
(i'm trying to solve it with you , feel optimistic :D)
