I see so many clients even some test clients but I didn't know their purpose, are they something like beta or what? I'm trying to install a server on localhost but I'm not sure what client should I use :S

I need to fuse the repack's client files and clean client files but I'm not sure which client version should I use because I see different versions. Or does it even matter ?
just download clean repack and you can run it w/o any troubles
I have already tried joining clean client files by exe with pyramid repack files and this is what I've got so far.Quote:

just copy pyramids files(client) to client of clean repack....also pw of pyramids repack is another than of clean repack...
config/e.pk + engine should have same password
maybe you want to copy date>HyperText And E.pk And Config.pk
Note : if you want to make good server use clean repack with good files like sequence not pyramids
Actually it works fine except that server has some probs with graphics. But now I'm not able to connect to server from laptop's client -.- I've edited the config.pk but no use, the updater isn't working at all.
you cant use pyramids server files and clean client. do that when your more experienced. for start downlaod pyramids client and server files... so you wont have graphic and other bugs. and you have to make own updater and it takes some time so leave updater for last thing to do since you dont need it now. use start.bat
I have combined int client with pyra client files... That's what I did, and I have no graphic bugs on my laptop as I wrote above but I have a problem with connecting to my server, with or without updater.Quote:

i realy dont know why all jump on repacks. special cuz there are half of them undone and buged. just start from clean and you will know what you did and you wont have any bugs or backdoors or what ever.

I would if I could trust me, I started with pyra repack just because I had it on my pc and it served me just to setup files because last time I had a kal private server was 5 years ago and I forgot a lot of stuff. So I'm starting clean but I need to see what's wrong because whatever files I'll chose I'll have the same problem ...Quote:
