Basically we're talking about if one could act at an infinite speed (or simply stopping all other people on earth) rather than actually stopping time (which would make it impossible to interact with anything), right?
Well I wouldn't care about doing all the nasty stuff if I could just completely freeze time, including myself, at a moment such as when lying down somewhere outside on a warm and clear summer night with a babe in my arms. ;)
And then again, if I could have extra time whenever I please, I guess I would try everything else mentioned in this thread already, and when I get tired of it I would begin improving (training) both my mind and body.
Um, that's some freeflow of mind on the subject.
2nd edit: I would stop it right now and study for the exam tomorrow and I wouldn't have to regret spending this time on the forum.

But think about it. Are you making the most out of the life you're living even now? I could easily squeeze a few hours from every day I live and turn it into something more worthwhile. If you have 700 hours to spend right now (as a spare every year), how much could you accomplish in that time?
Tbh I don't care about if you do or not. I'm just hoping I'd finally realize this thing myself while writing it down.

IMO it will... Impact = speed x weight.
If you stop time, the speed multiplies by unlimited, which means i can give the metal bars a kick and they will (in real time) fly off at the speed of light, and I would see them flying off as if they were in my time ("dimension")..
Basically allowing me to escape :P

I would definitly do something positive, doing negative things like stealing/killing/raping is just bad. I mostly try to think of how I would feel if it was me who was the victim of the things I could do. If I don't want that happening to me, I just wouldn't do it (There are always exceptions of course, although I don't see the point in raping anyone. I wouldn't get any pleasure out of it =/).
If I could stop time, or more specifically, stop other ppl/stuff from doing anything, I would try to find the special/secret things and answers to certain important questions in this world. For example: What is our purpose in life? That's a big question, which I think will be answered only after an ammount of time (Or, if I could stop time, that would be called 'experience').
I somehow do think that life is supposed to go like this. What I mean is that I don't think mankind is to disrupt time itself. It would be a big mess if we could mess around with time.
But I guess only 'time' will tell ;)
