Ban his IP, he is DOSing your world service port.

It would be more effective to download a script that checks for IP with to manny connections and auto block it.

From hard ddos-es that not enough. Botnet nerworks use lot of different ip...
Cabal server without usable DDoS protection is dead. We got daily 2-3 try but after 2 min we are up...
but others can give more details too.. every server have problem now with theses..

Just configure your firewall well, buy a protection, and save your main IP adress. Dont tell to anyone...
If you got attack once from main IP than you are died. April around we had this problem mainly...
You need pay lot of money for alive... This is the sadly truth...
