[HELP] Change Cap

Hello, i have a problem i'm using ECSRO server files i want to make a really old school server BUT the cap is 90 and i want to make it 70 so if someone can tell me how to change cap OR if you can tell me how to edit the EXP needed for lv 71 to make it like 10b or something i would be so greatful.:huh:
