Seems ur ware images doesn't exist, copy them from default template to /images dir of your template

warehouse_bg
warehouse_block
warehouse_bottom
warehouse_item_block
warehouse_left
warehouse_right
warehouse_top

As 4Funer said you need to put

warehouse_bg
warehouse_block
warehouse_bottom
warehouse_item_block
warehouse_left
warehouse_right
warehouse_top

on your Template Images

and check CSS template
