VIP member picking up furni?

On my hotel, VIP users can move and pick up furni. How do i fix this?

Here are my rank:
1 User
2 Bronze VIP
3 Silver VIP
4 Gold VIP
5 Diamond VIP
6 Interns
7 Moderators
8 Administrators
9 Senior Administrators
10 Managers
11 Techs
12 Founders
