what he mean are , he login to the game but waiting server reesponse 3 minute ,
its not fast like usually ,
after click the selected Char should fast to the game .
its weird if like that , never got problem like that when setup online use some different server

Yeah this is definitely not a usual issue.
Are you sure you're not having any sort of network issues locally? If not, I highly suggest you find another company to host with. Server4you is great for what RF requires.

from your character, it's already lv 27, so i assume, it's work fine before? is that true? or it's already like that, and take longer time to play the game?
sometimes i experience the same thing with you, it happen when i edited my character on SQL (i'm play on local),
and its make me waiting for 3 minutes, but it only happen once, after that i can login normally, and doesn't need to waiting for 3 minutes anymore...
if that happened to you more then 3 times, maybe you should follow RON suggestion...

it's normal if we first time enter to game after zoneserver up. but 3mins was too long
