Custom SHN Editor would be correct.


Download SHN Editor source [1], edit the decrypting algorithm [2] and open the file(s).
[1] - Use Google! ("Fiesta Editor").
[2] - Won't teach how to find the proper keys.

or

Myth's Universal Editor may contain option to use different decrypting (Right now it has empty menu for that).
