Fake DMCA?

Hello, I keep recieving these DMCA from "Sulake" which I think is fake but my hosting company keeps asking me to solve it.

The website in question is “emulation” servers which use code and images for our product Habbo Hotel, www.habbo.com, created and copyrighted by Sulake Corporation.

The content producers of the above mentioned website could not be identified.

I furthermore assure that I have the legal right to represent Sulake Corporation Ltd in this matter.

Please send me a confirmation when you have removed or prevented access to this material. You can also contact me for further information if needed.

I am pretty sure this is fake but how can I verify that this is fake to them?

Check the email headers?

It's a fake, their Fax is actually a phone number:
Sulake :: Contact Sulake
Minor detail, but companies always use a different phone and fax number from my experience.

If this is coming from your hosting company, I'm sure they've checked the headers of the email they received, so it's not fake. If this is coming directly from "sulake", then check the email headers.

You're totally right. :P Imagine hosting a legal website on a server at that host. Some kid could just mail them, saying it's a habbo retro and they would just shut your VPS down, LMAO.

The numbers shouldn't be the same ._. Should be some different on the last or something, idk ._.
