[PhoenixEMU] Phoenix 3.11 Certain users can't connect?

Hey guys,

My Hotel is running on Phoenix 3.11, revCMS (if that helps with anything) but only certain users cannot connect to the client, It loads upto hotel view, then redirects to /me again. This has only just started happening today. Like I said, most users are fine, only some people cannot get on.
The emulator is showing no connections, and no errors.
Help is greatly appreciated.
