bro, its not easy to do customize website, you can use MuWeb 0.9

If he know all the server properties this is easy (i mean databases names, ip's and usable ports).
He just need to pass trough installation process.

Anyway, you need to install Xampp 1.7.1, with Apache Services (in installation).
Go here, in RageZone to "Releases" board and find "MUCore 1.8.0" - latest version.

And in this topic (MUCore 1.8.0) you will have all of the informations how to make it.
