tower of priests mobs ?!

hello guys ,,,

my problem is in top ,, in floor one i can kill mobs and easy but from f2 to f10 i can't hit the mobs there its like i'm not there ,, like when assassin be in safe area and i try to attack him and even i can't take a box from there when i try its go there into the box normaly and click on him and loading till 99% then not load anymore and i can't even click on stop too ..! can anyone help me !?
