Xml of the initial skills of chars pwserver ..

Anyone have the xml of initial skills of chars in pwserver?
On my server the initial chars are with all skill lvl 10 ..
I want to start with just the original starting skill lvl1 .. The way original ..
Help me.

You don't need any xml, just get a virgin clsconfig

you have the xml of the one to start with full lvl 10 skills? I could use it accept am running 1.4.6 v80 and the iweb is a bit buggy might have to make a quest or better yet a item (skill book) or something if thats possable to do full culti jump and another for skills not sure how to get hex into a item that will do that anyone help?
