it's not AoW because it's running on Windows
Any client to go with this? Or some clarification as to which files these actually are. As far as I can tell the server seems to run... It did give an error though "not a licensed server" but I think I fixed that by editing the message encode key in the game_entry.ini.

Uhm, translating the UI shouldn't be an issue. It's usually the text data that takes time, such as NPC dialogs, quest information etc. The game should be playable with a translated UI. I for one think the game is nothing special, but still, nice release. :)

The game client is English right? cuz gameplay is Chinese :)
The screenshot shows your outer IP address to 127.0.0.1 , a valid license is included for that ip address. The problem arises when you change that to your WAN ip address to allow entry to your server.
As to skype, I do not use any chat like that, if you want to real time chat, use cryptocat ( https://crypto.cat/ )

License is encoded / decoded with a 4 block cypher based on the ip address in the file name, with the last 4 bytes being a checksum (total of all decrypted bytes).
Attached is the decrypted included license for 127.0.0.1 .

Sweet thanks and i got the server fully loaded but what client would we use or is there a tutorial on how to edit the url config for the clients for either wushu or Black gold
I tried editing the server_list.ini located in the updater folder. Added my ip's and such, locked the file good or else the launcher would just overwrite it.. But either that didn't work or the server isn't running like we think it is because it just kept on trying to ping the server.
Also, I've tried the start up arguments that wushu uses but that didn't seem to work either. It still wants me to run the game through the launcher...

Edit client *.ini (folder updater) after that copy to your http server
Create http structure directory config\updater\updater_cfg\ <paste *.ini here>
the client version must be the same as the version of the server (ini files on http)
Open launcher and click play.
Note. Im using handycache and connecting to official(just a trick)to grab all files and structure folder needed by http server.

It is actually encrypted with DES and the key is half static half the lincesee's IP,all hashed.

I have a problem similar to this. Server was working fine, showing green in launcher etc... Then, after I edited some Ip's, which didn't work and I changed it back, it stopped showing green in my launcher. No matter what I do, replace them with the backup files I made, anything, it won't go green... Mind you that the gamelister is saying "add server". It's getting rather annoying at this point...

Exactly... I rebooted my pc in an attempt to fix it but no luck. On my side it connects to the patcher (http server) just fine. Whatever happens after (I'm guessing connecting to the listening server) seems to go wrong even though the current setup has worked before...
Also, this might be minor but heck... Earlier when it was still working I also had this weird thing that my local server just popped up in the launcher's server list even though I didn't add it under that name...

The unpacker I use is just a bms script that they used to unpack the client files from AoW. Dono hinted this in earlier posts. I have no idea how to repack them, but maybe we can somehow use the client patcher for this? I think we could but we would need to know how the patches are made.
Edit: @Seymour, I haven't checked my registery yet but I have my doubts that's what's causing the error. Nonetheless I will check it when I have time.

If it's only for local, and the .lic file for a local IP setup is present then shouldn't we be able to just change to ip's to 127.0.0.1? Besides, what good is bypassing the whole license thingy if we can't even get it to run normally local.

Is your server have green indicator on launcher?
If yes, try to connect and login, open cmd and typing netstat -an | find /i "2001"
It should be the client trying connecting to 10.203.11.40 port 2001, if not, may be something wrong in your config.
And don't forget, default server id configuration is 111, cek in account db. See my attachement picture. field logged is server id.

Can anyone host a public server and work on some UI translations of some sort? It'd be nice to have 1 or multiple servers up even before the English version comes out. You'll be able to just switch over to English client and voila. Working servers for a completely new game.. lmao
I'm sure the game will fail in their English versions because it is truly pay to win, but with pservers you can change that or at least allow people to do things that they won't be able to do on the retail servers. Best of luck with this..

FsSoloEntry.dll is checking for any ip start by 127.0.0.1 this is hardcoded, and ( 192.168. ) << only like that, any other lan ips its not working idk why -.-

I see... (it was a long night :D) Now i changed only the ip in game_entry.ini and now Serverfiles works fine but i cant test the connection between Server and Client because i still downloading the client
Okey now i think the servers are for BlackGold and Age of Wushu because of this (look at Thumbnail)
I found this in /Res/locations.ini
Wudang, Emei, Shaolin and Tangs are schools from Age of Wushu! o.O
