i have problems with my server, i want to buy a character and or other items and i get this error: Help me

hey :-] Maybe With The Ranking problem i can help !
Of Course you deleted all the ranks But you need to go to Stored procedures (In The DTB) And Search rank. or makerank. (i'm not sure i forgot all this :P ) And You press Execute and Ok Then And You need to do this everytime a new player comes .. This is my Solution If somebody know better i don't know :P

the onLy reason i currenLy think of is "db is not connected to biLLing" check agentserver's settings.ini fiLe and make sure its Like this:

aLso, check the dbo.tblServerListAgentSvr tabLe on sqL, and make sure the IP matches to the one you have in the settings.ini (use your own ip)
aLso on the same tabLe (sqL) check if the ip port matches (21601)

Or use Kevin Terans Rank fix....

I think what happened is this guy is ripping files from Phoenix and he's wondering why he can't buy the items.
It's because you haven't added the custom items they have into your SQL, same with the charecters
