The best AC of all emulators so far has DeadZ, cause they're able to stop all the d3d kiddies, still it won't help if people know how it works ;)
Or you can develop your own dekstop screen system and manually inspect the screenshots and ban whoever uses a chams/wallhack/nameplates. And it would be hard to bypass, I guess, because it would take screenshots from your desktop not from your game :D
We're talking about emulator devs here, most of them copy+paste code from others and call it their's, and the others have no idea how to make a proper A/CQuote:
